Nella nostra vita di tutti i giorni sperimentiamo gli effetti psicofisici a questa stimolazione. In particolare quando siamo di fronte a un qualsiasi tipo di stimolo positivo (come per esempio la nostra festa di compleanno o il giorno del nostro matrimonio) o negativo (come per esempio un licenziamento, una pandemia o una perdita) il nostro organismo reagisce iniziando a produrre dapprima ormoni che stimolano un\u2019azione come per esempio l\u2019adrenalina o la noradrenalina in questo modo iniziamo ad avere il cuore che batte molto forte, il respiro corto, i muscoli tesi e cos\u00ec via, tutto \u00e8 in funzione del prepararci ad affrontare la situazione.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c7c282d e-con-boxed e-con\" data-id=\"c7c282d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;content_width&quot;:&quot;boxed&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec47a87 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ec47a87\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cosa accade per\u00f2 se questo stimolo stressante dura troppo?<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2c4075d e-con-boxed e-con\" data-id=\"2c4075d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;content_width&quot;:&quot;boxed&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0428df0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0428df0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ci\u00f2 che contraddistingue uno stress buono (eustress) da uno stress \u201ccattivo\u201d (distress) \u00e8 la sua durata piuttosto che la sua intensit\u00e0. Stress molto intensi ma che hanno una durata limitata sono meglio tollerati dal nostro organismo rispetto a stimoli che seppur poco intensi perdurano per molto tempo arrivando a cronicizzarsi. \u00c8 in quest\u2019ultimo caso che ci troviamo quando avvertiamo i seguenti sintomi:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element 400;\">Difese immunitarie basse, che ci espongono pi\u00f9 facilmente a infezioni e malattie,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sonno disturbato<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Frequenti emicranie e tensioni muscolari<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confusione mentale<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Difficolt\u00e0 di memoria e concentrazione, ecc.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-104811e e-con-full e-con\" data-id=\"104811e\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Come puoi vedere di fronte a questo tipo di sintomatologia, la sensazione \u00e8 che il sistema sia andato verso una iniziale iperattivazione in cui come quando suona una sirena d\u2019allarme ha utilizzato tutte le proprie risorse per far fronte alla situazione stressogena e poi terminate queste risorse, si sia avviato verso quella che viene definita fase di esaurimento in cui diamo fondo anche alle nostre ultime riserve.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bench\u00e9 le cose siano in realt\u00e0 anche un po&#8217; pi\u00f9 complesse di quello che ti ho descritto in queste poche righe, ti basta sapere che \u201crecuperare\u201d dopo un periodo di stress non solo \u00e8 possibile ma \u00e8 NECESSARIO e per questo ti svelo le mie 3 R da ricordare quando ti troverai nella prossima situazione stressante:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Riconosci<\/b><\/li><\/ul><ul><li
