Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 dovuto a un tratto della personalit\u00e0 che porta queste persone a una elaborazione pi\u00f9 profonda e ad una maggiore reattivit\u00e0 emotiva.<\/p><p>L\u2019 alta sensibilit\u00e0 \u00e8 una caratteristica innata e non \u00e8 un disturbo; infatti, con le dovute attenzioni, rappresenta una via preferenziale per lo sviluppo di una maggiore autoconsapevolezza e apertura verso gli altri. Occorre, inoltre sottolineare che, l&#8217;alta sensibilit\u00e0 differisce dall&#8217;ipersensibilit\u00e0, la quale invece riflette una condizione di fragilit\u00e0 emotiva. Pertanto, non \u00e8 detto che le persone altamente sensibili siano per forza ipersensibili.\u00a0<\/p><p>L\u2019 alta sensibilit\u00e0 incide sulla percezione degli stimoli e sul modo di rispondere ad essi, a livello di stati interiori e relazioni interpersonali.
