Quest\u2019ultimo \u00e8 importante in quanto comporta una riduzione della motivazione e della produttivit\u00e0, e pu\u00f2 associarsi a problemi di salute come disturbi cardiocircolatori ma anche del sonno, irritabilit\u00e0, difficolt\u00e0 relazionali e di concentrazione.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il concetto di Work-Life Balance si riferisce alla possibilit\u00e0 di far convivere in maniera pacifica la sfera professionale e quella privata, ambiti di vita oggi sempre meno nettamente distinti, grazie ad esempio all\u2019introduzione dello strumento dello smart working.
